I'm the same too, even though this post is really old now.... My internet is from no other than Bell ALiant and at most times is slower than watching paint dry. I, with the little time I have play COD online and the lag is just a major piss off and just makes me do bad and therefore I don't enjoy it. Didn't get to complain yet though even though it was like that since the New Year. Just did the test and it was 894 ms.

I'm in the same boat as you right now. My ping isn't that extreme, but right now, I'm pinging 100ms to truro...I'm a hard-core gamer and Aliant is the worst service to use if you're a gamer or big time downloader. I only download at 2-3mbps right now. My up speed is even more pitiful at .3.

I've called them, and one of the "Technicians" asked me "What do you mean by "ping"?"...I almost cried.
